INTRODUCTION

Privacy is a cornerstone of our approach to developing products and services. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines how we manage and protect the information and data of our users and visitors ("User Data" or "Data"). "Users" refers to individuals using our mobile, web, or desktop applications ("Apps") or our websites ("Websites"), and "visitors" are those who interact with us online, such as via email or chat.

WHO WE ARE

"We" or "Us" refers to LukyLab s.r.o., a private limited liability company based in Prague, Czech Republic, European Union ("LukyLab"). We are independent developers.

OUR VALUES

We believe Users have the right to privacy, and our relationship with Users should be transparent. Privacy and transparency are essential for building trust and long-term relationships.

DATA WE COLLECT

The Data we collect depends on how you decide to use our Websites and Apps. By default, we collect only necessary data regarding the usage of our Websites and Apps. This data includes:

• Number of Users, downloads of Apps.
• Geographic origin of Users.
• Platforms, devices, and operating systems used.
• Usage patterns of features.
• Time spent on our Websites and Apps.
• Crash reports and diagnostics for stability and performance improvements.

Additional Data Collection

• Purchases: Data related to subscriptions and purchases to enable premium features.
• Account information: Data related to you when you create an account.
• Backup & Sync: Data related to cloud accounts for backup and synchronization.
• Communications: Data from conversations and personal details provided via chat, email, or support requests.
•  AI Features: AI features may involve processing Inputs you provide, which are then handled per our AI Providers’ terms.
• Analytics: We use Firebase, Google Analytics, and other tools to collect analytics and crash data.

When you decide to create an account (e.g. using Apple SignIn button in our app), in order to be able to create an account for you, we collect and process a name and an email address you choose during the registration process.

When you decide to make a purchase (e.g., purchasing a Premium Subscription, or Virtual Credits), in order to be able to provide you with premium features, we collect and process data about your purchase.

When you decide to use the Backup & Sync feature, we may collect data about your cloud account in order to back up and restore your data to and from your cloud storage.

When you decide to use chat or messaging features, we may collect conversations and the personal data you send within these conversations (if you decide to do so).

When you ask us for specific support or help, we may ask you to provide details and potentially some data that might be considered personal information. We need this information to provide support and help.

When you use AI‑powered features in our apps, we collect and process the information you provide while interacting with the AI, such as your text, messages, prompts, commands, location, images, files, or any other input (“User Input” or “User Message”), in order to deliver the results you request (for example, text, images, or code).

To generate these results, your User Input is securely transmitted to third‑party AI providers, including AIProxy and Google’s Gemini API, solely so they can process the request and return an answer. For location‑based features, your User Input may include your current location (coordinates or address) and the date and time.

According to Google’s published Gemini API logs policy, Google may retain your prompts, contextual information, and model outputs for up to 55 days for abuse monitoring and enforcement of their policies. Authorized Google personnel may review flagged content to assess potential misuse.

AIProxy acts as a secure gateway between our apps and the AI providers and may temporarily log requests for security, performance, and billing purposes, as described in AIProxy’s own privacy notice.

We configure our use of these AI services so that your data is not used to train or improve general AI models. However, our AI providers may process limited logs as needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and legal compliance.

Please avoid including any personal, sensitive, or confidential information in your prompts whenever possible.

You may also contact us via email, or social media, or register for our email newsletter. The email address we get from you is used only for communication regarding your request or to inform you about news and updates.

Location Data (for certain apps and features)

Some of our apps, including My Location, offer features that work with your device’s location. If you choose to enable these features and grant location permission, we may collect:

• your device’s precise geographic location (e.g. GPS coordinates),
• the date and time at which the location was obtained, and
• a derived address or place name based on those coordinates.

We use this Location Data only to provide the specific feature you requested, such as generating AI‑powered insights about your current surroundings. We do not use Location Data for advertising, marketing, or cross‑app tracking.

We do not maintain a long‑term server‑side history of your locations. Location Data is processed as part of your request and then kept only in limited technical logs where necessary to secure and operate our services. You can always refuse or revoke location access in your device settings; however, doing so may disable location‑based features.

Anonymous Device Identifier

To protect our services from misuse and to manage access to AI features, we use an anonymous device identifier. This may be a random app‑specific ID that we generate and store on your device, or the Apple vendor identifier (IDFV).

We use this identifier to:

• secure access to our AI features through AIProxy,
• apply rate limits and prevent abuse or automated attacks, and
• perform basic usage accounting (for example, how many AI requests come from one device).

This identifier is not linked to your name, email address, or other direct identifiers, and it is not used for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites. If you delete and reinstall the app, a new app‑specific ID may be created.

HOW WE USE DATA

We do not sell any data to any third party. We are developing the best privacy-first products, and we are proud of it.

These are the main uses for the data we collect:

• To enable the features.
• To ensure our websites and apps are working correctly and bug-free.
• To ensure that when users pay for the premium version of our websites and apps, all the premium features are available to them.
• To provide support and troubleshooting.
• To help you use our websites and apps.
• To decide on the priorities for our development and understand the needs and expectations of our users.
• To respond to your email or chat inquiries.
• To inform you about news and updates.
• To process User Input and generate results from AI-powered features.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent potentially harmful misuse of AI features.
• To provide location‑based features, such as AI‑generated insights about your current place, when you choose to enable them.
• To protect our AI features from misuse, including by using anonymous device identifiers for rate limiting, security, and abuse prevention.

TOOLS WE USE

We use the following third-party tools to understand and work with the data:

• Apple App Store Connect
• RevenueCat
• Google Ads
• Apple Search Ads
• Pirsch.io
• Firebase
• Google Cloud Platform
• Google AI Studio
• Gemini AI

HOW WE PROTECT DATA

In general, our Apps use industry-standard security technologies like HTTPS for communicating with internal servers. In some Websites and Apps, we enable Users to back up their data and sync them across their devices using cloud services like iCloud. If you decide to enable backup and sync, then the handling of your data is governed by the provider of the cloud service (e.g., Apple in terms of iCloud). You can find more details here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202303.

Your User Input submitted to AI-powered features may be routed via or processed by third-party AI service providers solely to provide requested results, and not for their independent purposes. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection laws.

DELETION OF DATA

Users can request the deletion of their personal data at any time. However, we typically do not store personal data unless voluntarily provided by the User.

CHANGES

We may change and update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We shall publish the latest version together with the updated date on the Website.
